Canceled orders prior to delivery may be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Once you receive and accept your items in good condition, then the sale is final. We may accept returns if items are returned to our store in good condition. Once items are received in good condition, the buyer assumes all responsibility.
Delivery and Shipping Policy
Local pick-up means the customer will pick up items from our store located at 10943 De Soto Avenue Chatsworth, Ca 91311. “Delivery by truck” means we will delivery your items curbside and DOES NOT mean we will plant your items. Customer must arrange to receive order once offloaded from our truck. We may move items behind your gate at our discretion. The Delivery dates selected by the customer is only to help arrange your desired delivery date and does not mean we will deliver on that date. Order for “Delivery by truck” to Southern California are usually delivered in 1-2 weeks from the time the order is placed. Fruit tree orders shipped outside Southern California are sent in January – February. We currently do not ship citrus trees outside of Southern California.
